Our Central Washington Family Medicine (CWFM) clinic is in search of a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our team in Yakima. The position is full-time with extended hours as required.

Job duties include:

  • Rooming patients
  • Vital signs
  • Health histories
  • Administering injections
  • Assisting nursing and provider staff with various tasks in an outpatient clinical setting

Qualifications:

  • WA State MAC license required
  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant course required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong clinical skills
  • High Energy-Go Getter who wants to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with all ages
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Experience

Required
  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant course
Preferred
  • 1 year(s): Clinical setting experience

Education

Required
  • High School or better
Preferred
  • General Educational Development or better

Licenses & Certifications

  • MAR
  • MAC
