Medical Claims Verification Clerk Job at ARMS, LLC
The Medical Claims Verification Clerk will report directly to the Director of Operations and under general supervision will be assisting the Medical Billing Department with the review, analysis and acquisition of necessary information that is required for the proper billing and handling of medical bills resulting from automobile accidents and work-related injuries. They will be required to communicate with patients, employers, attorneys and insurance carriers in order to obtain and verify insurance benefits. Additionally they will be reviewing documentation for accuracy; setting claims up for billing in our software program as well as the provider billing systems; and providing assistance with a variety of tasks that can include but is not limited to identifying and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and answering and directing incoming calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, be able to multi-task and move at a fast pace while remaining highly organized and attentive to details. They will be required to work independently and have the initiative to be challenged to identify problems as well as offer solutions. They should be eager to learn and grow within this role and within the company.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
