Medical Customer Service Representative Job at Mat's Pharmacy and Medical Supply
The Durable Medical Equipment Product Specialist is a true customer service role. With the focus on building rapport, you will be greeting potential DME customers, educating them on the products that fit their needs, assisting in the process of making a product selection and explaining coverage and co-pays.
*Greet DME customers as they visit the store
*Respond to incoming phone calls from customers
*Educate customers on a product line, equipment brands and insurance coverage
*Collect patient's information for proper triage and billing purposes
*Fit and size products to patients
*Verify patient's insurance coverage and financial responsibility
*Add new patient's information into Brightree software system
*Assist pharmacy staff in properly supplying and billing products for DME and Pharmacy Departments
*Utilize a cash register to complete DME sales transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
