Responsibilities and Activities:
- Manage calls from customers wanting to book appointments or having questions and hold a lengthy conversation to develop a real connection.
- Communicate the value of our services (in person and on the phone.)
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers before and after appointments, that they’ll look forward to coming back to.
- Ensure accurate information is easily accessible via databases.
- Confirm that payments are received on time and payment information is communicated accurately.
- Ensure exceptional communication with coworkers to maintain a strong team and ensure everyone feels supported.

You’ll have the important task of being the first point of contact with our customers. You must have previous experience in admin/office work, a strong focus on customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You must be comfortable with starting conversations to show you care about their wellbeing both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter. Being “organized” should be a top priority in your life and you must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your day.
We are a private medical and wellness business and you will need to be comfortable having a conversation about costs and value with customers.

We are not your typical, sterile medical office and we aren't a snobby, boutique fitness studio. We are a small, close knit team who works together to provide a world-class experience to every customer or prospect that walks through our door. Our focus is on building a place that feels like a real community - that both customers and team members are happy to be a part of.
