Medical Office Receptionist (Part-time) Job at Tarpon Springs Pediatrics
Our office is a thriving family-owned practice where employees generally stay for many years because of the good working environment.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Office Receptionist in Tarpon Springs, FL.
The candidate MUST have a clean record, with NO CRIMINAL OR MISDEMEANOR Charges.
The successful candidate will be performing job duties as follows:
- Greeting patients visiting the office, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms
- Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing calls as required and confirming next day appointments
- Scanning, Filing and updating patient records in EMR
- Check out patients, making next appointments
- Any other office support duties needed to create an excellent patient experience
Requirements:
- NO CRIMINAL OR MISDEMEANOR Charges
- Above Average computer skills
- Superb phone etiquette
- Excellent Customer Service
- Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
- Pediatrics experience preferred but not required
