Privately owned Dermatology practice is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join it's exceptional team.
This position will join our reception team providing check in, check out, handling heavy phone calls, processing patient requests, registering patients into the EMR and fielding questions.
Dermatology experience is a plus.
The right candidate will have:
- 2+ years as a medical receptionist in a practice-setting
- 2+ years verifying insurances
- 2+ years working with an EMR
- Strong understanding of insurances, copay, co-insurances and deductibles
- Comfort with collecting payments and reviewing patient ledgers/ billing notes
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
