Established medical office seeks Full time Medical Recpetionist/Assistant. We are professional, customer-centric, data-driven and our goal is to help our clients reach their full potential by improving their mental, emotional and psychological well-being.
The Front Desk Receptionist has excellent customer service skills, and is adept at working under pressure to accomplish many tasks at once. The successful candidate will be honest and friendly in their interactions with our customers and must be comfortable answering phones, taking messages, and managing multiple projects at a time. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to be a part of an energetic team.
Applicants must;
Be able to communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, pharmacies, insurance companies and other entities; in writing, orally, and electronically.
Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Demonstrate the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Collect patient information, verify insurance, data entry and billing support,
Must be detailed oriented and organized, possess clerical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Greet customers, volunteers, and visitors in a friendly manner.
Requirement:
Working Knowledge of Adobe, Word and Excel.
Detail Oriented, punctual and efficient as well as empathetic and personable.
Follows HIPAA, compliance ,privacy, safety and confidential standards at all times.
Must have one of the following: a high school diploma or general education (GED) or Associate degree Three to Six Months of related experience and/or training.
Provide professional references
Pass a background check
Starting salary negotiable and based on experience.
Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
