Medical Spa Manager

Position Summary: Oversight of the day-to-day operations for The Facial Center. Ensures all staff members are performing jobs effectively and clients receive quality service in a clean, safe environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all staff to ensure they follow all medical procedures and are providing optimum customer service
  • Determines which treatments will be most effective for each patient based on their individual needs and goal for treatment
  • Establishes relationships with medical professionals such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, podiatrists, and other specialists who refer patients to the facility for treatment
  • Reviews treatment plans with patients and discusses possible risks or complications that may arise during treatment
  • Ensures all staff members have access to continuing education opportunities in order to stay up to date with industry trends
  • Conducts staff training sessions regarding new products or services being offered by the company
  • Performance and attendance management of all Facial Center staff
  • Ensures all equipment is working properly and maintained to high standards of sanitization and sterilization
  • Schedules appointments for patients and confirms arrival times
  • Maintains client records, including medical histories and treatment plans
  • Ensures all staff are following HIPAA and OSHA regulations in the facility
