Job Description:
Interacts with public, internal personnel, and past and current clients on behalf of
Medical Supply, Inc. Responsible for providing prompt, responsive service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service by phone or in person, responding to client inquiries
and education.
· Responsible for intake process of new clients and necessary follow-up for current
clients.
· Process orders with physician and/or local State authorities for prompt delivery,
correct billing processes and accuracy of orders.
· Responsible for coordinating delivery and pickup of equipment provided to
clients.
· Responsible for participating in compliance, quality assurance, and continuous
education as requested or directed by the company.
· Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of client information.
· Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements:
Education and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required, two-year degree preferred in related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written skills, interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and professional appearance.
Work Environment:
Moderate physical effort, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of
objects and materials of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds)
Most tasks are performed in a standard office environment; however, exposure during delivery of out of office requirements may involve exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Work routine may involve exposure to blood and/or body fluids. Ability to follow infectious disease and blood borne pathogen control measures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
