Medicare Customer Service Representative Job at Healthcare Solutions Direct, LLC
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Experience Group Call Center Representative, specializing in Medicare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Medicare members by assisting them with their health insurance inquiries and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information and resolving any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process enrollments, terminations, and other service requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with the latest Medicare plans and regulations to provide accurate information to members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and plans is preferred.
- 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities License is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Pay: $40,993.97 - $45,531.58 per year
