Member Services Coordinator:
- The Member Services Coordinator oversees the Managers on Duty and the Member Services Team.
- Excellent Customer Service is essential for this position.
- Continually seeks positive changes to ensure the growth and development of service at the Member Service desk through paperwork, processes, supplies, or staffing.

Member Services Coordinator Pay & Benefits:
- $14.50 - $17.11/hour (Based on Experience and Education.)
- Shift: General hours are Monday through Friday. The expectations can vary depending on the staffing situation at the time. However, some weekend, late shifts, or early morning shifts are a part of this role.
- Full Time
- Free Family/Household Package YMCA Membership.
- Paid Time Off - Full Time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon their Full Time employment start date.
- 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employees monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met:
- The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years.
- The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods.
- The employee is 21 years of age or older.

Member Services Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2 year Degree in a directly related field or an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training and/or education
- First Aid & CPR Certification for Adult, Child and Infant
