Merakey is currently seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our Adult Behavioral Health Division in our Coal Township, PA location.

• Provides intake services to determine the appropriate treatment intervention, diagnostic assessments, case histories, and other related correspondence as per Merakey, DPW, and DOH policies and regulations.
• Develops Treatment Plans, ongoing therapy, and supportive counseling services to an assigned caseload.
• Conducts and completes client case consults, monitor client progress in treatment, and recommend treatment plan revisions and/or other appropriate disposition.
• Maintain accurate and professional case records, document each case activity, and maintain confidentiality regarding the client.

Rate of Pay:$23.00 up to $28.00 hourly(Fee for service)
