Mental Health Therapist Job at Fresh Start Therapeutic Services LLC
We're seeking a Mental Health Therapist to work in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). The position will involve counseling patients, couples, and/or families. There is also an option to participate in community outreach. The individual in this role must not only be empathetic and sensitive to mental health situations, but also have the ability to implement interventions in ways consistent with each client's understanding. We are also seeking School-Based therapists to work within Harford County Public Schools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls that involve assisting individuals with mental health issues.
- Manage an individual's care.
- Provide psychotherapy and/or supportive counseling to individuals.
- Improve and increase service efficiency.
- Communicate with medical professionals as required.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals who come into contact with the agency.
- Timely completion of all documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR).
****Must be licensed (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, MFT, etc.). Will consider individuals testing for licensure within the next 60 days.****
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
