Summary: Actively monitor and report violations for GPS monitors
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides excellent customer service to all clients
Actively monitor the dashboard and respond to events accordingly
Ensure all calls, emails, requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
Answering the phones, corresponds via electronic communication (including but not limited to email and text) in a professional and courteous manner
Complete filing and record maintenance on a weekly basis
Maintain reliable transportation for travel to jails and courthouses.
Handle all onboarding and offboarding of clients, Includes but not limited to, creating profiles, installing equipment, providing necessary documentation, updating databases, removing equipment
Provide reports as required
Ability to testify on data reported
Completes custodial, maintenance, and security responsibilities.
Complete payment processing, billing for current or previous clients with balances
Maintain proper equipment levels and conditions
Responsible for quality control of own work before submission
**12 hours shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. Hiring for Day 6am-6pm and night 6pm-6am.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
