Immediate opening for Service Advisor

WE are looking for a great detail oriented person to work in this fast paced environment. You will be responsible for writing Repair orders, answering phones, working with customers and technicians. A strong knowledge of Power Sports is a plus. Prefer technical mechanical experience but computer experience is a MUST. Some at home online training will be required. You will be dealing with the public so a great attitude, a courteous personality and a drive to do your job well is a must. Great computer skills will help you complete your job well as well as being disciplined in your position. We need someone that arrives on time and focuses on their job.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player!
• Is familiar with general powersports products and vehicles.
• Can demonstrate good ability to learn and operate new computer systems.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures, as defined by management.
• Able to effectively multi-task several job functions at once.
• Posses a valid Driver's License, and clean MVR.
• HIGHLY recommended to have Covid vaccines - you are dealing with the public and their possessions (their bike) ALL DAY long so you are exposed.

Working Conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
May be required to work more than 40 hours.
Ability to lift, pull, or push at least 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate power sports vehicles

Full Time, paid holidays, 5 day work week
Tuesday - Friday 9-6 Sat 9-5
Busiest season April thru end of October- this is where you will need to perform !
Hourly pay PLUS commissions once your training is completed, great employee discounts, plus other perks ALL while you work in a power sports store!

This position requires:

Maintains a neat and professional appearance, clothing/grooming - you will need some Khaki pants/shorts or neat jeans. Counter people wear a collared shirt.

Good attendance

This is a key position, we will be counting on you - you are an integral part of the Service Dept - if you can't make it to work it affects the team considerably. Only consider this position if you are serious about working.

Assist all customers in need, regardless of department (sales, service, or parts).

Maintain a tidy workspace
