Duties & Responsibilities

  • Check voicemail from patients.
  • Restock changing rooms.
  • Make sure next day charts are prepped and in order, then give to the techs to review (Monday – Friday). On Friday give the techs charts for Saturday & Monday.
  • Complete MRI process with patients: Check patients in on both Athena and Infinitt. Give and collect paperwork from patients.
  • Schedule patients that walk-in.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Print and schedule screening forms.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education, Certificates, Licenses

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least 1 years experience in a medical setting, and at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Compensation

  • Compensation based on experience; starting at $16 an hour.
