Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity for MS Dynamics ERP Analyst. This is working for a premier solar panel manufacturer in McClellan Park, CA (Hybrid); offering excellent benefits including but not limited to paid PTO, Bonus, and opportunity for growth.
The ERP Analyst supports this process by working toward solving information technology-specific manufacturing issues for our factory. They use package solutions, consulting skills, and business knowledge to work directly with stakeholders to solve our manufacturing related problems. They identify problems and requirements, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare work flowcharts, and make database configurations.
Essential Functions:
  • Facilitates and ensures clear and consistent internal communication with all employees and potential employees.
  • Leads Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on the Manufacturing module.
  • Migrates data from previous platforms to Business Central.
  • Handles ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Demonstrates ability to work closely with Organization staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications.
  • Manages and consistently meets Stake Holder expectations within the scope of the project role.
  • Trains staff in effective use of the software.
  • Creates documentation as needed for the organization.
  • Provides assistance during audits, program reviews, surveys and system appraisal as required.
  • Facilitates processes to grow and support shared organizational culture using various tools and collaborative partnerships within the organization.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with administrative management team, supervisors, staff members, and funding sources.
  • Facilitates and supports leadership at all levels to support organizational alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience.
  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation experience.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Experience with 365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management.
  • General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence).
  • Ability to translate experience in manufacturing environments to creatively solve client business/application issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to effectively develop interpersonal relationships and identify resources, and information, communicating in a clear, concise and effective manner verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use time efficiently to keep commitments while prioritizing and planning work activities.
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to interact with staff, patients/clients, community members, and others.
  • The employee shall work well under pressure to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Ability to complete tasks on time or notify appropriate staff with an alternative plan while maintaining report deadlines.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing industry
  • Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) a plus
