We are assisting a wonderful Christian family in east Pflugerville find their full-time nanny.

Ideal Start Date: April 10, 2023
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30
*Exact hours are flexible but needs to follow a set time every day and at least 8 hours at day*

Children: 3 years old and 8 month old
Pets: Friendly sweet dog, (catahoula leopard breed)
This family is active in their church
Mom works from home;
Dad is a retired and 100% disabled veteran
Other activities: Board games, card games, and sometimes wii, nintendo switch, or xbox, time with family and friends.

TRAVEL:
- Looking for someone who is willing to travel with the family. For each trip, they plan out roughly when the working hours will be and will plan for down time for the nanny to explore or meet up with friends and family on days off.
- All lodging is covered, nanny will have their own room (may be in same house if renting an house). Any excursions the nanny accompanies the family with will be covered (IE, amusement park tickets).
- Meals will be covered when with the family but will be their responsibility when off on their free time.
- Currently, the family does not have any immediate plans for travel, but probably looking to take a long road trip to California next summer (approx. 3 weeks) to visit family and friends.

Ideal Nanny Qualities:

-selfless, highly engaged with children, punctual, lots of energy as their boys are very active, dependable
- Ability to teach them fundamentals;
- Okay will Christian values
-Ability to enforce household rules and discipline in unison to family.
-Ability to work together with family and have open communication with family. They want their nanny to know that they want to be supportive and assist their nanny when problems arise.
- Family would love you feel a part of their family
-Comfortable driving children. You will typically drive the family car. If you are ever needed to drive the children in your own vehicle, you will be reimbursed for gas mileage.

Benefits:
PTO - 2 weeks (80 hours)
Sick time - 1 week (40 hours),
Holidays (6) - New Year’s, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. There is a 90 day evaluation period before benefits start and any paid time off is allowed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
