Looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible, customer service oriented person to join our team at this busy 135 room hotel and conference center. Responsibilities include making reservations, checking guests in, checking guests out, processing payments, balancing paperwork, providing information about the area and the region, giving directions, problem resolution and guest satisfaction. Must have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to work weekends and some holidays. Applicant must be reliable, have a flexible schedule, and previous hotel experience preferred. The Night Audit position requires overnights and could be different shift for instance 7p-3am, 9pm-5am, or 11pm - 7am and consists of the above tasks plus balancing the days receipts and producing several daily operating reports.
