Limelight Hotels are contemporary properties set in the heart of authentic mountain and urban communities owned and operated by Aspen Hospitality. The current portfolio includes Limelight Hotel Aspen and Limelight Hotel Snowmass in Colorado; and the Limelight Hotel Ketchum near Sun Valley in Idaho. Limelight Hotel Denver will open in 2023, and two additional Limelight Hotels in Mammoth, California, and Boulder, Colorado, are slated to open in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Summary
The Night Auditor performs daily audits and helps guests with requests. This position will be full time and cover both Limelight Aspen and Limelight Snowmass locations, 2 to 3 days each.
- Submit and process audits
- Print and distribute house reports
- Respond to guest requests throughout the night
- Run arrival reports
- Start interfaces
- Verify overnight parking charges
- Help ensure wake up calls are carried out by verifying that they have been set on the phone console and by making them when they are during the shift
- Run revenue center detail
- Roll all expected arrivals and no shows to next day
- Roll hotel date, post room, and tax
- Other duties as assigned
Must be at least 18 years of age- High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
- 1 year of customer / guest experience preferred

Supervision Given and Received
Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Received: Works under direct supervision of Front Desk Manager. Tasks are assigned according to specific procedures, and work is checked frequently. Instruction, advice and assistance are readily available.
- Ability to be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in adverse conditions and requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to lift, push or pull occasionally up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
