Night Auditor responsibilities :
Check in /out guests as per hotel procedures
Set up and keep breakfast items stocked and area clean
Balance Daily hotel transactions
Perform Room checks on vacant rooms
Perform simple laundry duties
Answer phones and take reservation calls,
Properly handle guest questions or complaints as per hotel guidelines.
Cash and credit posting as per hotel training
Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Huron, MI 48060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
