NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Training is provided video, hands-on training with other trained staff, continued education, and team members that are always willing to help (including the office staff!)

What do we do for our members?

Most of our members are non-personal cares (no need for bathing assistance). Your title of caregiver is what makes you special ♥ As a caregiver, you will help each client one on one in their own home. NO RUSHING! NO HEAVY LIFTING! No feeling overwhelmed!

• We offer light housekeeping (dusting, sweeping, moping, cleaning the bathroom, and wiping off counters and cleaning out fridge/freezer)
• Laundry assistance
• Grocery Shopping/Errands
• Meal planning/Meal prep
• Medication reminders only (we do not physically pass medications)
• Socialization/Companionship
• Choose between non-personal and personal members. The members that need assistance with bathing are generally just making sure they get in/out of the shower safely and/or assisting with washing their hair/back.

What do we offer?

• We offer flexible scheduling to work around your availability. Start as early as 6am and work as late as 11pm. You can work split shifts (for example 8a-12p and 4p-6), only M/W/F, as little as 4hrs a week up to 40hrs a week.
• Mileage reimbursement between your members and while out on errands.
• Weekly pay by direct deposit every Friday.

Where are the members located?

• Full-Time Mon-Fri in Jefferson from 10a-4p or 10a-6p. (Same client each time)
• Full-Time to Part-Time Mon-Thur in Jefferson from 8a-3p (Same client each time and *Friday hours available with different client.
• Full-Time Mon-Fri in Whitewater from 730a-330p or 8a-4p. (Same client each time)
• Part-time between 4hr-20hrs in the Fort/Jefferson area (Multiple clients)
• Part-time between 4hrs-20hrs in Watertown. (Multiple clients)
