Our group is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our growing medical practice in the Leominster/Fitchburg area. We are a post-acute medical group seeing patients in nursing homes. We are looking for a provider to join our team 2 to 5 days a week, above average compensation package, seeing patients in a nursing home.
Enjoy a flexible schedule while caring for patients and work as part of a team in a collaborative care model.
Primary Care/Internal Medicine/Post-Acute experience is a plus.
Highly competitive compensation including flexible scheduling for better work and life balance.

- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
