Oversee the use of Notemeal for menu development and labeling to include allergen information. Liaison with Performance Dietitians & culinary team to communicate specific food allergies and special diet requirements of our student athletes using the training table. Create high quality nutrition education materials, using Piktochart, to include recipes, handouts, and social media content. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Hours will generally be 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday but will need to be flexible at times to work later hours, weekends and/or holidays.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Master’s degree and One year work experience as a registered dietitian. Must have experience developing education resources. Requires thorough knowledge of the safe operation of food service equipment, allergens, and food service systems. knowledge in using Piktochart or Canva. Demonstrate effective communication, strong interpersonal and team oriented skills. Strong time management and ability to work independently to complete assignments. Registered Dietitian. Food Protection Manager Certification permit or the ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required.
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years in a collegiate or professional sports setting. Chef/RD. Experience using Notemeal.

Posted Salary $60,000/yr. minimum
