Bridgewater Retirement Community is currently seeking an outstanding and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! We have full-time, part-time, and flexible positions.

Who We Need:

Proficient in implementing occupational therapy programs and treatments, ultimately facilitating increased physical independence and functioning.

A collaborative candidate who will work with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop programs and activities consistent with the needs and capabilities of each resident.

Detail-oriented in in maintaining appropriate and timely documentation for all residents treated.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Programs according to AOTA and ACOTE. Initial certification must be obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Candidate must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
