Functional Outcome-Driven Treatments and Flexibility - you may provide interesting and effective physical therapy treatments at the grocery store, in the mall, or even on the boardwalk. Our physical therapists will be given autonomy highlighted by the empowerment to make their own clinical decisions and treatment schedules. High ethical standards trump high corporate productivity standards. Our clinicians use outcome-based assessment tools for their functional, one-on-one, treatments, and given streamlined computer documentation systems for optimal time management. Our rehab team is allotted time to partake in an interdisciplinary caseload report important for the maximization of our interdisciplinary care approach.
