We are looking for help in our office. We are a commercial parking lot striping, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance contractor. We are growing fast, and in order to keep up with this growth, we are looking for an office admin. We are looking for somebody willing to learn and grow with our fast paced and quickly growing company. This office admin position could be a short or long term role for this applicant, as we are always in need of sales staff/project management positions (room to grow).
Tasks could include:
Answering incoming calls from customers, helping create proposals, sending emails to customers, managing our calendar, and collaborating with the sales team and operations manager, etc.
Work Experience Required preferably in the construction industry.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be a huge plus and would qualify the applicant for higher starting pay.
Bachelors Degree Recommended but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
