Golden Touch Home Health is a NYS licensed homecare agency serving NYC 5 Boroughs and Westchester County. WE ARE HIRING OFFICE ASSISTANTS AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS. We are hiring Office Assistants and Executive Assistants for both Golden Touch and a new licensed homecare agency we recently acquired that is planning to have offices in Brooklyn, Flushing, and Manhattan. We specialized in serving the Asian Community, especially the Chinese Speaking communities in Manhattan, Brooklyn Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. Golden Touch was one of the very few companies remaining in office operation during the Pandemic and the dedicated team has earned great support and trust from the community, especially the families that needed help during the challenging times. The dedication and commitment of the hard-working responsible team has made the company grow tremendously in the past years. We are hiring bilingual (Chinese English) Assistants to meet the needs of our business growth and Offices expansions in Downtown, Manhattan Bensonhurst Brooklyn, Flushing, and Little Neck.

Golden Touch and its sister company (recently acquired) are hiring Assistants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides reception assistance i.e., greet customers, answer calls, requests for assistance.
  • Refers all inquiries to the appropriate person, collecting and completing any related documents.
  • Follow up with patients and/or their representatives, physician offices, etc. to gather missing data and materials to complete the intake process or refers to more senior level staff.
  • Scan all necessary documents into the intake system. Monitors intake work queue for timely intake completion.
  • Assists prospective customers who have a question regarding homecare services.
  • Types routine material such as forms and letters, envelopes, etc. Types materials neatly, accurately, and according to instructions.
  • Maintains files in an organized and up-to-date manner to facilitate their retrieval.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing documents, completes forms neatly and forwards documents/forms to correct destination.
  • Maintains copy for files, faxes documents in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • May assist, provide guidance and/or train staff with completing intake related duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
