Alpha Signs and Displays currently services a large majority of the promotional marketing industry covering all of the United States and Canada.

The candidate should be a leader and have an awesome phone manner, be proficient in excel spreadsheets, be comfortable switching gears and multi-tasking and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing 15 to 20 personal
  • Prioritize projects and delegate tasks to staff
  • Oversee all staff and maintain knowledge of all job functions
  • Collaborate with other teams to determine project requirements, perform troubleshooting and scheduling of upgrades
  • Organize and schedule trade shows in United States for sales personal
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable navigating web-based applications, learning “
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Some knowledge of production
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, maturity and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, solutions-oriented perspective in the face of competing demands and external pressures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
