Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers has an opportunity in our Kirkland Inpatient Facility for an energetic and organized individual to become our Business Office Manager. The Business Office position requires a knowledge of insurance procedures and electronic software systems and databases. Job entails assisting patients with leave and Cobra paperwork. It is essential for this candidate to be comfortable in collecting payment for treatment. The qualified candidate must understand the disease of addiction and its effects on individuals, family, and the community with confidence in treatment and the LMRC philosophy (which can be found on our website at www.lakesidemilam.com). This person must have the ability to handle urgency with clients, family members, and staff with professionalism and assist in finding solutions when insurance or financial barriers arise. Multi-tasking is necessary in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills is a plus.
