The QUIKRETE® Companies, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is seeking and Office Manager at our Birmingham, AL facility.

The successful candidate will be

· detail-oriented,

· possess strong interpersonal skills

· enjoy a fast paced, multi-task working environment.

The Office Manager supervises of office personnel at the plant by maintaining proficiency in all aspects of plant and office functions: payroll, personnel administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order entry, billing, customer service, dispatch, and sales/operations support.

Maintain a working knowledge of all reports on the J.D. Edwards and Showcase software system. Monitor plant reports and activities to aid management in evaluating spending, inventory and services.

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with 3 to 5 years of experience in an active management environment.
