Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time customer service/office manager position. An insurance background is desirable.

Our Customer Service Representative/Office Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year based on experience

• Process customer policy change requests
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers
• Take premium payments from customers
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Generating insurance quotes, if licensed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Return all phone messages promptly
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals
• Cross-selling if licensed.

Requirements

Farmers Insurance experience is a plus.
