Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC is looking for an experienced Office Manager/HR Professional to join our firm. We are an established, expanding, fast-paced, high-energy civil litigation defense firm that handles a vast array of legal matters in numerous jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned legal and management professionals in our centrally located Olivette office. The role demands an organized, innovative, diligent, and outgoing individual with keen attention to detail.
The Office Manager/HR Professional wears many hats and is vital to streamlining processes and workflow in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment. The successful candidate will be on the forefront of designing and perfecting firm policies, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions, candidate recruitment and onboarding, documenting human resources issues, maintaining records and office files in accordance with internal company procedures, monitoring paid time off usage and requests, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy, and optimizing office productivity. Prospective employees must possess 3+ years of management/HR experience in a law firm or similar setting.
