Office Manager/Payroll Administrator Job at Frazier Industrial Company
Frazier Industrial Company Lamar, SC
The Office Manager position maintains the office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing hourly bi-weekly payroll (ADP), processing all Accounts Payable invoices (Epicor), ordering and purchasing, record keeping, and other duties as assigned. Pay is commensurate with experience and is an hourly position with full benefits.
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am until 4:30 pm (4 10-hour days). Overtime on Fridays may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of a high school diploma
3 - 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in an industrial setting
Supply management, tracking budget expenses, managing processes
Reliable and trustworthy, critical attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Ability to be proactive, confident, and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
