Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Baptist Primary Care office located in Jacksonville Beach! The full time Office Specialist will report to work Monday through Friday.
The Office Specialist will primarily be responsible for patient check in and check out and will report to the Baptist Primary Care office located in Jacksonville Beach near Marsh Landing. This new office is conveniently located on Marsh Landing Parkway off J Turner Butler Blvd.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:
- Patient registration
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Verifying insurance
- Collecting copays
- Phone triage
- Assisting patients as needed
