The Role

Face Forward Aesthetics is currently looking for a Guest Experience Manager (GEM) to join our opening team in Ft. Wayne, IN. This position will work closely with a small team of one injector ensuring the most efficient and functional office for an amazing guest experience. Growth potential is endless, there is no cap to the commission and FFA is constantly evolving to meet our guest's needs. As an expanding small business, this role has the unique opportunity to join a high-performing team in the early stages of its expansion, in a highly entrepreneurial, high-visibility role. A successful candidate possesses considerable tenacity, integrity, a strong desire to work in aesthetics, and sales experience with a passion for educating and building real relationships with guests. We are looking for innovative solutions, highly effective communication, and a strong drive to take our fast-paced company to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate superior knowledge and understanding of FFA’s key service offerings and effectively assist guests over the phone, via e-mail, and in-person
  • Determine customer needs, provide customized results-driven solutions, and effectively communicate the value of services to guests
  • With a high level of sales, mechanics close sales through a thorough explanation of services, navigating objections, and preparing financial packages during one on one consultations
  • Effectively navigate systems and applications needed to properly document guest interactions, generate leads, and assist in growing the customer base in the market
  • Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to the previous guests who have expressed interest in Face Forward Aesthetics
  • Provides managerial support for the office ensuring efficient operations
  • Proactively identifies and recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
  • Accomplishes daily tasks, communicates to stakeholders effectively, meets deadlines, and provides and maintains a high quality of work
  • A low amount of travel in your market area is possible

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Business, Communication, or similar concentration preferred
  • 3 years of professional experience in an applicable field required
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
  • Self-motivated individual with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and a true passion for building relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
