Voice Analyst/Admin - Parsippany, NJ

Our client has an immediate requirement for an Onsite Voice Analyst/Admin. This is a hands-on role supporting and managing Voice PBX and Video conferencing systems and equipment.

• 8+ years of proven experience administering, supporting, managing Voice PBX and Video Conferencing systems.
• Experience with supporting Video Conferencing endpoints; Cisco and Logitech.
• Experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Server, Webex Control Hub, and Logitech Sync/Select.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Room roll-out and management, O365, Azure, Teams Admin Center.
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, TDM, analog telecommunication methodologies.
• Experience with Avaya and third-party PBX systems (eg: Asterisk, freePBX, etc)
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN topologies and functionalities as it relates to a VoIP delivery model.
• Ability to recommend voice system improvements, including cost/benefit analysis, to meet changing business requirements.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, schematics, flow-charts, network maps.
• Familiarity with Sharepoint and other documentation repositories.
• Hands-on experience working with contact center software and various cloud telephony vendors a plus.
• In addition to:
• Serve as a member of the team that assists with the design, engineering, implementation, and maintenance of Securitas Voice network infrastructure.
• Sharp troubleshooting faculties, deductive reasoning, and careful attention to detail.
• Independent and self-directed work ethic when participating in a collaborative environment.
