General Responsibilities
- Direct and Oversee the operations of the restaurant
- Provide hands on leadership in maintaining the integrity of Chick-fil-A recipes and processes
- Review and enforce restaurant policies daily
- Communicate any changes in policies, procedures, or products and ensure accountability
- Ensure Team is properly scheduled and restaurant is properly staffed during all times of scheduled operation
- Additional duties as assigned
In Store Responsibilities
- Ensure Operator’s Vision and Mission Statement is executed by communicating to team members, track results and ensure execution
- Advise Director of People of hiring needs for proper execution of restaurant scheduling and Productivity results
- Partner with Director of Finance as needed to ensure proper Scheduling of Front of House Team Members
- Train Front of House Team Leaders in training processes to ensure team members are properly trained and updated in Pathway as rollouts occur
- Partner with Director of People in tracking Pathway completion, and coach team members as needed
- Hold team members accountable for their performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering performance feedback
- Identify root causes of problems and develop and impactful action plan(s) to achieve performance goals
- Complete annual reviews for Front of House leaders and team members
- Create and maintain a Front of House Facility Maintenance Calendar to ensure restaurant facility and equipment are maintained within Chick-fil-A and equipment manufactures guidelines
- Create and maintain a Daily Detailed schedule for front of house cleaning
- Follow Chick-fil-A guidelines for facilities repairs and track results and analyze processes and procedures to identify areas to be more efficient and improve overall operational excellence
- Responsible tracking CEM Scores and reporting areas of success and opportunity to the Leadership Team
- Work closely with Financial Director to ensure tracking and communication on all PNL line items
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, and improve profit and quality and communicate to the Finance Director
- Ensure all team members questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Catering Team to ensure catering, events and other functions are handled efficiently and competently
In Community Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members on a regular basis
- Maintain solid professional relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimum partnerships
- Identify and communicate potential opportunities to utilize new vendors or suppliers to Financial Director and Operator
Skills & Qualities
- Proven self-starter and able to problem solve with no direct supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Organized, strong planning and process management skills
- Ability to keep proper records and documentation of operations policies and violations
- Stays abreast of changes in procedures, policies and products from parent company and franchise owner

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Business or Hospitality Mgmt (desired)
- 2+ years of hospitality management (required)
- Chick-fil-A Leadership experience (desired)
- English and Spanish speaker (desired)
- Must live within 15 miles of Restaurant or be willing to relocate to the local area (required)
- Must have own reliable transportation (required)
- Must be willing and able to work 45-50 hours per week in and out of the operation (required)
- Must be willing to work a dynamic schedule (required)
