Position: Operations & Fulfillment Associate

Location: Campbell CA, 100% onsite (M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with possible extension/conversion
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in an operational support role
- Strong experience using Word, Outlook, Excel
- Data entry experience
- Strong written communication
- Healthcare background (HIPAA, Joint Commission, Personal Health Information, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- High School diploma
Plusses:
- Experience using Excel pivot tables
Day-2-Day:
An employer is seeking an Operations & Fulfillment Associate in the Campbell, CA area. This associate’s primary function is to ensure efficient and prompt handling of incoming and outgoing patient documentation. This position is 100% on site and offers room for growth. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing ‘Click to Mail’ mailing delivery software to go through emails and notifications
- Physically sending out letters and patient documentation
- Sorting inbound mail and documentation that has received in the mailroom (claims, health information, provider letters)
- Entering and interpreting inventory data into Excel and moving throughout application during the day
- Log weekly SCCIPA (HMO & ACO/PPO) & MBIPA production summaries onto a spreadsheet
- Date stamp and log incoming deliveries daily (Certified Mail, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.) onto spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Create monthly reports for incoming and outgoing inventory to be given to Finance Department
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour
