What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enforce and implement current and new SOPs
- Supervise hourly union team members

Prepares scheduled for staffing and production

Update inventory maintenance files
- Oversee equipment inspections
- Work with purchasing on ensuring necessary material flow
- Act as back-up for Operations Manager

Ensure all safety processes and protocols are being followed

Prepares production reports for upper management

Follow union protocols
What We’re Looking For:

High School diploma required
- At least 5 years of manufacturing operations experience

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
