This Position will oversee Building Maintenance, Environmental / safety regulation compliance / Grounds Maintenance / Interviewing for Direct Personnel openings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
Review and maintain safety compliance records
Correct any unsafe conditions when they are found
Analyze and recommend any building / grounds maintenance
Analyze and review request for maintenance to production equipment
Ensure all equipment and other facilities are in working order
Develop and monitor a PM schedule
Work with necessary subcontractors to maintain building systems (HVAC, Electrical etc..)
Interview candidates for direct manufacturing positions Recommend programs to reduce turnover
Maintain Disciplinary records
Planning
Review Capacity plans vs. upcoming customer demand Recommend equipment purchases
Oversee any building expansion / Upgrade projects
Review and update any relevant SOP’s Work with Scheduling Department to develop a production plan , organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports company Initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Computer Skills

Internet
Knowledge of Filing Systems
Knowledge of Company Production and Quality Systems (M2M, MPACT)
Operation of Office Equipment
Scanners
Fax Machines
Copying Machines
Computer/Printers etc
Handling of confidential and/or sensitive material

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous office experience

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to perform all basic math skills.
Shop Math

REASONING ABILITY
Should have good investigative and analytical abilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, move about as required, bend, and do some lifting.
