The Services Marketing Operations Team is looking for a Producer to organize, plan and produce / project manage multiple internal initiatives for the Subscriptions org. This role will support the ideation, development and implementation of new programs and will need the ability to scale using project management principles. We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented and organized person who is familiar with running large scale projects. This role will closely partner with cross-functional groups, and be a strong advocate for gaining alignment across teams, driving kick-offs, brainstorms, ideating, creation of project plans and schedules, meetings, communications, and keeping projects on track.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years successful experience project managing programs, events, and initiatives
  • Excellent communicator able to work with all levels of management; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Strong experience planning, tracking, evaluating, and reporting project activities
  • Build scalable projects, schedules, initiatives, and programs from A-Z that achieve our objectives across Services
  • Extraordinary organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
  • Has a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously
  • Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly
  • You work well under pressure, are process-passionate, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion to learn and succeed
  • Exceptional worth ethic, discreet and trustworthy

Description

- Support ideation and rollout of inclusion & diversity focused programs and initiatives (such as talent development / rotational, and high-growth-key talent) - Own inclusion & diversity focused events (such as conversations and dialogues as quarterly org events) - Create opportunities to bring the org together as a community (such as the Hello Program) - Partner with external organizations to create opportunities for quarterly volunteer experiences in multiple locations - Produce quarterly spotlight events, interviewing leadership, and cross-org employees - Support creation and rollout of recognition/appreciation programs for the org - Own org-wide communications, from weekly newsletters to partner program reminders - Serve as producer/project manager for internal projects - Support training materials and documentation for learning and development initiatives - Create opportunities for efficiencies throughout the department

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree preferred.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $95,000 and $145,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
