Royersford Foundry & Machine Co. Inc., is a local manufacturing Company, founded in 1890. Our product line consists of Bearings and associated Power Transmission Products along with parts for Contract Machining requirements. In addition to the main office and factory in Phoenixville, Royersford operates 11 regional sales offices, 9 with warehouses, throughout the United States and Canada.

Order Entry Specialist and Customer Service Representative

Basic General Duties:

• Main Phone Attendant Station
• Customer Service -- Price, Inventory and Order Status Inquiries
• Order Entry – Customer Order Processing
• Order Entry – Customer Invoice Processing
• Order Entry – Warehouse Order Processing
• Order Entry – Warehouse Invoice Processing
• Inventory Control – Adjustment Processing
• Accounts Receivable – Customer Past Due Calls
• Maintain Invoice Records and update files periodically
• Maintain Daily and Yearly Inventory Control Records
• Issue and Maintain RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Records
• Maintain Monthly Commission Records
• Proof Formal Quotes to customers and email when completed
• Greet Visitors and maintain visitors log

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience:

• 2 to 3 Years’ experience in sales support, customer service and data entry
• 2 to 3 years’ experience with the basic functions of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Education: High School Diploma required
• Associates Degree beneficial

Skills:

• Outstanding organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills are required
• High attention and proficiency to detail required
• Ability to multi-task necessary
