Job Summary
- Responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
- Attain Excellence in learning and competency events
- Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment
- Mentor others as required
- Participate in pre-job planning, ensuring the right equipment will be available and procedures are up to date
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
- Engage Customer contacts to promote company products and services
- Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested
- Conduct research / troubleshooting on site
- Inspecting equipment and technologies
- Resolving onsite malfunctions
- Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
- Diagnose construction or machinery problems
- Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
- Oversee repairs and technical improvements
- Install New Systems and technology
- Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
- Cleanliness of site / breakdown storage of company owned equipment
- Supervise and direct onsite crew
- Draft and submit reports
- Must be able to understand P&ID, single line drawings, and Controls equipment and pull drawings / procedures from Document control as necessary
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Similar Field or strong previous field specialist / tech background
- Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment
- Understanding of safety guidelines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle self in professional manner in front of clients
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in adverse weather, overtime, weekends
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
