Heartland Human services is currently seeking a recovery-oriented Outpatient Therapist to join our successful team of professionals. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other human service field. Degree must qualify for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the State of Illinois. Individuals not possessing licensure in the State of Illinois must achieve such within a time frame established by HHS. A Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience in counseling may be used in lieu of master's Degree. Experience working with children and families is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities include: following agency policies and procedures; providing outpatient therapy in individual and/or group settings for children, adolescents, and their families to address emotional and behavioral concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
