If you're a true salesperson...you will make a lot more money with this compensation plan than you will with most other Pest Control Companies. This will be similar to roofing, solar, and foundation sales positions. Anyone looking for a flat hourly rate or salary should not apply...this position is for a real salesperson only. This is not for those looking to coast. We want someone hungry! Someone that likes to spend money and makes money!! Someone that wants to help build out an area and get in on the ground floor of a company that is bursting at the seams with growth!

Requirements:

• Located in or around the advertised area and/or willing and able to drive around a large territory in a company vehicle for daily appointments.
• Sales Experience or a Strong Sales Ability.
• Experience in issuing Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Reports or similar home inspections and reporting (nice to have).
• Experience in the Pest Control Industry (preferably termite sales/service experience) or similar.
• Perform WDO inspections in accordance with the standards set by the Structural Pest Control Board
• Transcribe your findings and recommendations into a report
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service
• Attend Network events
• Visit Real Estate Brokerages OFTEN and network with Real Estate Agents, Builders, Home Inspectors, Roofers, Landscapers, Cleaning, HVAC, and other relatable businesses.
• Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check, Reference Check, and MVR Check.
