Motivated people who join the team and work hard can make $90-95k+ in the first year. Salespeople in two years make well into the six-figure range. As a part of our sales team, you will:

Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.

Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage.

Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.

Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.

Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.

What you'll bring:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Comfortability on a ladder and residential roof.

Willingness to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success.

Time management skills and the ability to work with little direction.
