Ocean View Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Overnight Certified Veterinary Technician to join our great team and advance their skills. The ideal candidate will be confident in taking on the evening overnight vet technician responsibilities. This ideal candidate will be confident in placing IV catheter, drawing blood and running in-house blood work, understand the importance of after-hour patient care, work and follow the directions of the veterinarian, able to do critical thinking, critical anesthesia, CRI's, transfusion medicine, oxygen therapy, feeding tubes, and has exceptional patient care. The veterinary industry is constantly advancing and Ocean View Veterinary Hospital encourages and supports its staff to do the same. If you are a Certified Veterinary Technician that is looking to take your skills and knowledge to another level and looking to work overnight hours then we are excited to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Overnight Certifed Veterinary Technician, license must be current
- 2+ years of overnight ICU tech experience for the overnight shift
- Knowledge about the equipment used in a veterinary hospital
- Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
