Pay: Starting at $15.60 + - $500 sign-on bonus - 5% bonus for meeting quarterly goals - Overtime and Other Incentives
*2nd and 3rd shift earns a shift premium - $1.25 per hour extra*
As a Packer, you are an essential team member responsible for placing our fast-selling fig bars and new products, such as Organic Baked-Ins and Oatmeal Crumble bars, into cartons and boxes. You can stay active as you sort and carry our soft-baked bars.
What it’s like at Nature’s Bakery
- Safety. Safety is a top priority for us. We provide protective gear and training to ensure a safe work environment.
- Surroundings. You’ll work around moving machines – mixers, conveyor belts, and forklifts.
- Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature. We are climate controlled. When the weather outside is undesirable, the temperature inside our facility is controlled, so you stay safe and comfortable.
- Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
- Career growth. Most of our current Operations managers, supervisors and leads have risen through the ranks and been promoted from within.
