Painter / Apprentice / General Construction
A Fresh Color & Design is currently expanding and looking for well rounded Painters & Apprentices. Currently looking for 1 Crew Lead, and Apprentices.
3-4 Full Time Positions Available Immediately in our Cabinet Refinishing Dept. and our Interior Residential painting.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license, and personal reliable transportation a must.
- Must have a passion for learning, attention to detail - Regardless of your skill level.
- Apprentices must possess the ability to work in high pressure and demand situations. Apprenticeship consists of a 1-3yr program based on progress.
- Crew lead will be experienced in brush, and roller skills, general knowledge of different primers/paints/coatings, sprayer knowledge and experience in types of sprayers used, drywall, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing/resurfacing.
- Additional skill sets in the trades a plus

Starting pay is based on experience & working interview. $25-60,000 per year.
